Many of you are wondering why I pulled them down. Some of you are pretty annoyed I did.
My rational was simple.
1. This site is not owned by me, and I did not want to expose Ken to being caught up in any legal mess. The law is not about justice always but more often or not who has the most financial clout
2. I was informed they were tracking people no matter what country using IP addresses so as to bring legal action against them. I did not want this site to be a vehicle for that.
3. I have not been directly contacted by Rosch, but was informed I am in their sites. I have had many legal threats over the years and even worse in some countries. I am personally not afraid but these threats can put pressure on the family. I have a very sick wife at the moment and rather fight this battle another day.
4. It will be Ken and Simon who will edit what ever comments you put up and that is their decision as it is there risk. i wanted them to be afforded that opportunity.
5. As always time will ultimately play out the real story, and the role of those who are associated with this technology will end up as hero’s or villains.
6. Anyone who wishes to purchase their own system will of course do their own due diligence and make their own assessment. The risk is theirs and the information including TUV reports, endorsements and personnel recommendations will be all factored into making that decision. Everyone has that right to make a decision for themselves.
I asked for tests to be done. they chose not to do them. i find it a disturbing method that rather than performing some simple tests to satisfy the people asking questions, they have chose a legal path to censor them. Just like on a well known energy site we all know.
I feel for the people with blogs and sites in Germany as they are the first to be targeted. (according to my source)
